MDS' Editorial Search Committee is soliciting nominations for one position of Website Medical Editor. The Editor will serve a 3-year term (renewable once). Please see the MDS website for more information on duties, responsibilities and submission of nominations.

2016 MDS Education Needs Assessment Survey
The MDS Education Committee would like to thank all those who participated in the Education Needs Assessment survey that ended December 20, 2015. The Committee will be reviewing the results at the end of January and will determine how to best communicate these results to the membership.

The International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society invites all MDS Members and non-members to submit an abstract for review for the 20th International Congress.

The deadline for 2016 abstract submissions is January 7, 2016 (11:59 PM CST). Please visit the 2016 International Congress website for more information.

Video Challenge Letter of Intent Submission Process Now Open
If you would like to submit a video case for possible review and presentation at the 9th Annual MDS Video Challenge on the evening of Wednesday, June 22, 2016 during the International Congress in Berlin, please submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) by February 15, 2016. Please visit the 2016 International Congress website for details.

Deadline for Travel Grants: January 12!
MDS is offering up to 100 travel grants in the amount of $1,000 USD each in partial support of International Congress delegates in financial need to facilitate their travel to and participation in the 20th International Congress of Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders in Berlin, Germany, June 19-23, 2016.

The deadline is January 12, 2016. Successful awardees will be notified by the International Secretariat in March 2016.
