This course is by application only. In order to maintain the small group, interactive aspect of this course, only the top 48 applicants will be selected to attend. Participants will be notified by December 15, 2014.
Members: $200 USD
Non-Members: $275 USD
Registration includes entrance to all sessions, course materials, catering and 1-year associate membership for eligible non-members. To find out more about associate membership or eligibility, please visit the Associate Membership Webpage.
*Please note that only MDS members with Student, Resident or Waived Dues Membership status are eligible for the Junior Participant/Waived Dues Rate.
Refund Policy: For cancellation 2 weeks in advance of a course the registration fee will be 100% refunded, minus a $25 administrative fee. For cancellation within 2 weeks of a course, the registration fee is non-refundable.
Venue and Lodging
Course Venue: The Course will take place at the Emory Conference Center.
Course Hotel: Emory Conference Center Hotel
Participant lodging is not included in the registration fee. Participants who are accepted to attend the course will be provided with information about a special rate at the venue hotel for February 20, 21 and 22. All participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.
