Late-Breaking Abstract Submission
Deadline: The Late-Breaking Abstract deadline is April 2, 2012 at 12:00 Noon US CST.
Definition: A Late-Breaking Abstract is any abstract reporting information that became available for public dissemination after the deadline of the regular abstract submission. It must be of critical importance to the clinical and/or scientific community and/or the public and should be newsworthy.
Late-Breaking Abstracts may be submitted by MDS Members or non-members. Submit a Late-Breaking Abstract.

Call for 2012 Supported Meeting Applications!
MDS is currently accepting applications from meeting organizers who wish to receive financial support for scientific meetings in 2012. MDS will be offering a total amount of $70,000 USD to support scientific meetings in 2012, with an additional $30,000 USD in funding available for request only by meeting organizers who belong to a group with MDS Affiliate Member status. MDS-ES Call for 2012 EFNS Abstracts
MDS-ES has created a Movement Disorders program for the EFNS Annual Congress in Stockholm, September 8-11, 2012. Submit abstracts on Movement Disorders topics by March 15, 2012. Junior researchers submitting Movement Disorders abstracts may also apply for EFNS/MDS-ES bursaries to help cover the cost of Congress attendance. Visit the Congress website for bursary details or to submit an abstract.
Calling All Cases! All video cases submitted by April 1, 2012 from the following MDS Regional Sections - Asian and Oceanian, Pan American and European - will automatically be entered into our Regional Section competition!
If your case is chosen as a winner, you will receive a $200 Amazon gift card, as well as recognition from your peers. Judging will take place in May 2012, with the winning case announced by the MDS Medical Co-Editors at the 16th International Congress of Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders in Dublin, Ireland, June 17-21, 2012. Your video case will remain on the MDS website indefinitely for exclusive viewing by MDS members.
