We are pleased to share video presentations from MDS members on the website. Key Society members were recorded at the June 2012 Congress in Dublin and give an inside lookk at Society activities of interest to members and non-members alike. Visit the website to watch the videos.
Beginning January 1, 2013, all video cases submitted online or via regular mail by any member of the Society's three Regional Sections (AOS, PAS and ES) will be entered into the second annual Video Case of the Month competition.
The Video Case of the Month competition officially runs through Tuesday, April 1, 2013. First, second, and third place winners will be announced at the 17th International Congress of Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders in Sydney, Australia this June.

In December 2012, the first East African Parkinson's nurse training course was held in Tanzania, with participants from throughout East Africa.
The course was jointly funded by the World Federation of Neurology (WFN) and The Movement Disorder Society. Task Force on Africa Chair Prof. Richard Walker, MD, is interviewed in the BBC World Service Report about the course. Listen to the report.
