• Exhibitors are not able to hang anything from the ceiling.

Exhibitor Registration

*Please do not register through the regular delegate registration process.

Exhibitors have been contacted directly by MDS with instructions for registering booth personnel online.

Each exhibitor will receive six (6) complimentary Exhibitor Personnel badges for access to the exhibit hall only. Additional Exhibitor Personnel badges may be purchased for $100 USD per badge.

Each exhibitor will additionally be granted one (1) complimentary Exhibitor Delegate badge per 100 square feet of their exhibit space which covers the International Congress registration fee and allows the exhibitor access to exhibits, scientific sessions, the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception, the Corporate Therapeutic Sessions and dinner, the poster halls, and the Video Olympics. Additional Exhibitor Delegate badges may be purchased for an additional price. Please inquire about the exact price.

All booth personnel will be responsible for picking up their individual name badge onsite.
