* Applies to MDS Junior Members, Residents, Fellow and those training in healthcare or scientific research. The first 20 Junior Participants will be registered at no charge. Registrations received after that date will be subject to a $20 USD registration fee. Status must be verified in writing by the participant's employer and submitted with payment.
MDS will assess a $50 USD administrative fee for cancellations received on or before October 1, 2008. Please note that refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after this date.
