Junior Registrant* – $125.00 USD (100.00 EUR)
MDS Member – $150.00 USD (120.00 EUR)
Non-Member – $225.00 USD (175.00 EUR)
Registration rates include all sessions, course materials, lunch and breaks. Rate conversions made on xe.com
