Registration Fees
$200.00 USD for MDS Junior Members and Waived Dues Members
$275.00 USD for MDS non-members
The School for Young Neurologists registration fee includes accommodation for the nights of October 27, 28, 29, as well as meals on site. Additionally, non-members will receive one-year of MDS Junior Membership.
The registration fee will be payable upon notification that you have been offered a place.
*This workshop is subject to cancellation if enrollment is insufficient. In the event of cancellation, registration fees will be fully refunded. MDS is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants.
You will be required to complete an application including attaching a CV and a Letter of Recommendation from your Supervisor/Head of Department.
Applicants will be notified of a decision by Friday, September 9, 2011.
