Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity learners will be able to:

  1. Assess how glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) can enable recovery of endogenous dopamine release even in advanced Parkinson’s disease
  2. Evaluate how time can effect the results of this study allowing for a differential effect between GDNF and placebo
  3. Understand the association observed between the severity of supraon state and developing pracoff-state dyskinesia
