Committee Purpose
The MDS Rating Scales Review Committee was formed in June 2017 as a committee of the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society (MDS) Rating Scales Program. The work of the committee was previously performed by the Committee on Rating Scales Development which has since been sunset.

The primary function of the Rating Scales Review Committee will be to:

  • Develop and publish systematic reviews of rating scales utilized within the movement disorders community
     
  • Provide recommendations on the scientific review approach
