MDS Networking and Engagement Series

Connect with fellow MDS peers, experts and thought leaders as part of the MDS Networking and Engagement Series: “For you – with you”!

Each 60-minute virtual session in the series will begin with a short introduction and topic overview by an MDS expert. Participants will then split into small breakout groups where an MDS Faculty member will facilitate discussion, answer questions, and share experiences.

Live interaction between faculty and participants will drive each session.  All attendees are expected to engage within their group.

Session Topic:
Basic Science Special Interest Group

Session Description:
How can the Basic Science Special Interest Group serve the Basic Science needs of MDS Members?  The newly formed Basic Science Special Interest Group (BS-SIG) wishes to network with MDS members to gain a better understanding of the needs, pertaining to basic science, of the MDS membership.  Introduction will include the projects completed by the group thus far and the charge they have been assigned by the MDS leadership.  The discussions will focus on specifics of resources and events that the BS-SIG could provide to best serve members.
