  • Served as an IEC Member and as an Officers (Treasurer and/or Secretary) or in other key Society Committees and Roles

  • Outstanding scientific and/or clinical reputation

Role of the Officers and International Executive Committee Members

It is the responsibility of every member of the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society’s (MDS) International Executive Committee (IEC) to fully and actively participate in the governance and policy-making activities of the Society. The expectations include regular attendance at Officer and IEC meetings and timely responses to the various polls and other governance-related requests issued throughout the term of service. All IEC and Officers must be current MDS Members.
