Course Description

Hyperkinetic Movement Disorders takes place March 9010, 2018, in Seattle, WA.This course is intended to provide an educational overview of hyperkinetic movement disorders. Ranging from diagnosis and treatment of particular disorders to sessions on particular pediatric movement disorders and genetic testing of these disorders.

Day 1 of the course will cover topics such as spinocerebellar ataxia, myoclonus, dystonia, Huntington's disease, genetic testing. Day 2 will cover tics and pediatric movement disorders.

Furthermore, there will be a video session to identify and discuss unusual movement disorders. A panel of experts will also take place to cover the topic of testing for hereditary movement disorders including ethical issues. Small group interactive sessions are planned.

Refund Policy: For cancellation 2 weeks in advance of a course the registration fee will be 100% refunded, minus a $25 administrative fee.  For cancellation within 2 weeks of a course, the registration fee is non-refundable.
