Subacute dystonia heralding Covid-19 in a PD patient

67yo man with new onset myoclonic jerks

67yo man with past medical history significant for coronary artery disease and insulin-dependent diabetes who presented to the emergency department at Ne wYork Presbyterian in mid-April 2020 with abnormal movements that appeared myoclonic as well as movements that appeared to be characterized by a loss of tone, or a "negative myoclonus".

Orthostatic Myoclonus Associated With SARS-CoV-2 Infection

A 68 year old female patient was hospitalized with diagnosis of COVID19 infection. The main symptoms were cough and nausea, followed by involuntary movements especially while standing.

Worsening of parkinsonism from COVID-19 infection

The patient is a 65 year old male with Parkinson’s disease diagnosed about 3-4 years ago, who presented to our Movement disorders clinic recently with complaints of worsening parkinsonism.
