Right-sided irregular tremors, dystonic movements and imbalance

Summary of observations

51yo W with probable covid in early March (2.5 weeks of cough, fevers, sob, but unable to be tested), followed by rightleft dystonic, resting tremors of hands, jaw, leg and imbalance. Initially thought to be alcohol withdrawal, as she had increased etoh consumption and had suggestive LFTs, but did not resolve with treatment. contrasted MRI neg, ammonia neg, sars-cov-2 neg. Follow-up 5/11, she still has the same dystonic tremor (right handjawright legleft hand) and reports response to carbidopa-levodopa (25/100 tid).
