5th Bogor Parkinson's Meeting

Bogor Parkinson’s Meeting is a bi-annually scientific meeting, held since 2016, which takes the theme related to Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders. The meeting is intended primarily for neurologists, throughout Indonesia.

This year will be 5th Bogor Parkinson’s Meeting, taking the theme “Advancing the Understanding and Management of Parkinson’s Disease and Related Disorders”. It will be held on November 28–30, 2025, will be delivered in Indonesian.

This year, the activities include:

1. Workshop: Non Pharmacological Treatment in Parkinson’s Disease: A to Z; November 28, 2025; Offline

2. Symposia; November 29–30, 2025; Offline

3. Poster Session; November 29, 2025

4. Quiz Contest; November 29, 2025

The target of number of participants is 250, including Neurologists throughout Indonesia, Physiotherapiest, Nutritionists, Neurosurgery, Geriatrician and General Practitioners.

The main objectives are improving knowledge, skills related to Parkinsons Disease management, especially non-pharmacological. The role of caregivers in Parkinson management will also be discussed.

In addition, regarding hyperkinetic Movement Disorders, mainly discussing abou gait, dystonia, movement disorders in critical ill and systemic disease.
