Assessment to Intervention: Treating Gait and Posture Deformities in Parkinson’s Disease Patients

Friday, April 3, 2026 to Saturday, April 4, 2026

Amman, JordanAsia and Oceania

Details:

This two-day workshop, “From Assessment to Intervention: Treating Gait and Posture Deformities in
Parkinson’s Disease Patients,” aims to provide physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, and students in
Jordan with practical, evidence-based skills to assess and manage gait and postural impairments in
patients with Parkinson’s Disease (PD). Recognising the limited resources and specialised training
opportunities available in the region, the workshop emphasises hands-on learning, interactive case
discussions, and cost-effective intervention strategies tailored to low-resource clinical settings.
Participants will acquire the knowledge and competencies necessary to enhance patient outcomes,
improve clinical decision-making, and contribute to the advancement of neurorehabilitation practice in
Jordan.
