Mon4t

Target population: Parkinson's Disease, Tremor 

Measures: Tremor, Bradykinesia, Gait / Mobility, Cognition, Speech, Limbs of motion (goniometer), Static balance, Finger tapping test, Affective indicators

Clinical support:  Diagnostic, Monitoring 

Mon4t provides monitoring of motor, cognitive & affective neurological symptoms. There is a Health Professional version that offers any physician, nurse, or health service provider a 'lab-on-a-smartphone' platform for evaluating the patient in the clinic. The  Home version is being prescribed to the patient according to the needed endpoints, including reminder and instructions for running standard active tests (e.g. TUG, Finger Tapping, voice recording), as well as passive data monitoring to evaluate mobility, activity, seclusion and more. 

The app relies only upon sensors existing in any smartphone (e.g. accelerometers, gyroscope, touchscreen etc) and does not require any external devices. The results are communicated back to the physician offering real-world medical insight to use for research, diagnostics, and treatment adjustment.
