Target population: Patients with Parkinson's Disease, Dystonia, Myoclonus, Tics, Tremor, Chorea, Atypical Parkinson syndromes/Parkinson Plus

Measures:  Tremor, Cognition, and a wide range of symptoms can be tracked; the app can be set up to capture the data required.

Clinical support:  Monitoring 

The app seeks to engage patients to capture data in a research project.  The uMotif app is designed to make it simple for patients to capture a wide range of data quickly and easily. 
 
The app can be set up to the specific needs of each research project, helping researchers to capture data they need.
