The Rush Dyskinesia Rating Scale (RDRS), developed by the Movement Disorder Society (MDS), was created to objectively assess severity of overall dyskinesia based on interference in activities of daily living, to distinguish between chorea, dystonia, and other types of dyskinesia observed and to identify the most disabling form of dyskinesia.
