Mandate
To examine existing models of interdisciplinary care, identify problems and explore best practices for interdisciplinary care in PD. The group will identify outcomes to measure integrative care efficacy and develop recommendations for a necessary “Core Team” to meet the goals of interdisciplinary and comprehensive care.
