Case 10: Male presents with history of clumsiness of left hand

An elderly gentleman presented with history of clumsiness of the left hand of recent onset. Workup for metabolic screening including renal functions, liver functions were within normal limits. The video shows three sections of clinical phenomenology, imaging findings and electrophysiological findings.
