Case 9: Male presents with 3 years history of slowly progressive asymmetrical hyperkinetic movements

A 62-year-old male from a Aggarwal community in Northern India, presented with 3 years history of slowly progressive asymmetrical hyperkinetic movements. He also reports imbalance while walking for last 3 years. He walks with wider stance base and sways while walking. There is tendency to fall, especially when he turns around. This has also worsened since onset. Patient’s father and grand father had similar symptoms at later stage of their life. One younger sister who is 58 years old also has gait imbalance.
