Describe key advances in the biological classification, genetic diagnostics, and emerging therapies for Parkinson’s disease.</p><p>2. Evaluate the current and future roles of deep brain stimulation (DBS), including closed-loop systems and other neuromodulation strategies.</p><p>3. Interpret the utility of biomarkers in diagnosing and tracking progression of movement disorders.</p><p>4. Summarize evolving treatment approaches for other major movement disorders, including Huntington’s disease, PSP, dystonia, and essential tremor.</p><p>5.
